Premium dehydrated Yogurt: (hormone free/gluten free). Perfect for all skin types. Contains cultures and lactic acid which kill skin bacteria while cleaning pores, moisturizing and softening skin. DIRECTIONS for Facial Treatment: Use a non metal bowl to mix clay with water. Metal utensils reduce the efficacy of clay. Mix 1-2 tsps clay 
with 1-2 tsp water. (Four scoops of the provided wooden spoon equals 1tsp). Mix well and allow water to absorb clay for 4-5 mins. Apply and allow clay to set 15-20 mins. until dry. Use wet warm washcloth to pat and loosen clay. Rinse completely with warm water.
Apply moisturizer as needed.
